About Us

RSKY Prints is a 3D design and manufacturing business based in Tillicoultry, Scotland. We design and produce our own products for sale on this website and on our Etsy shop.

Products & Pricing

All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, and design details. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in screens, lighting, and the nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to update pricing, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Custom & Personalised Orders

For custom or personalised products, please double-check all details (such as names, spelling, and specifications) before completing your order, as production begins shortly after purchase. Once production has started, custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded except where the item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including shipping address and personalisation information) are accurate. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within a reasonable timeframe, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

All designs, product images, and content on this website are the original work of RSKY Prints and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute our designs or content without our prior written permission.
