Shipping Policy
At RSKY Prints, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping costs, and delivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are made to order or printed fresh, so please allow 1-4 business days (depending on print time) for your order to be processed and dispatched. Custom and personalised orders may require additional processing time — we'll let you know if this is the case.
Shipping Times & Costs
We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 business days — £3.65
- UK Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days (Next day delivery aim)— £4.65
Free shipping is available on orders over £35
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or busy periods (e.g. Christmas).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at rskyprintsuk@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch at rskyprintsuk@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the courier on your behalf.
