Returns & Refunds Policy

At RSKY Prints, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how returns work.

Standard Products

We accept returns and offer a full refund on most items, as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, simply email us at rskyprintsuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Personalised & Custom Products

Because personalised items (such as products with custom names, monograms, or bespoke designs) and custom 3D prints made to your specifications are created uniquely for you, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item — including personalised or custom orders — arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at rskyprintsuk@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll happily offer a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or faulty item, we'll cover return shipping costs. If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
